All the staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful, Reception staff spoke exceptionally good English. The view at Breakfast is wonderful.

Fabulous hotel. We had a double deluxe room and it was great value. We had a view of the Bosphorus Sea. It was warm, spacious and decorated really stylishly. The breakfast was also great. The breakfast room was bright and had a fabulous view. Food and service was outstanding. Great variety. Fresh fruit. Fresh honeycomb and the chef was making eggs as you like them. We had omelettes each morning. The waiters looked after us so well, refilling our coffee. All in all, this is a fab hotel in a great location. They even organised a takeaway for us from a local restaurant.

Location is fantastic. 3 mins walk to nearest Çemberlitas tram station. 5 mins walk to Grand Bazaar. Eateries nearby. Supermarket just round the corner. What else do you need. Most amazing thing for me is the breakfast. Amazing bread and pastries, all tasted so fresh.

The Hotel is a lovely and the location is great as it is very close to the Blue Mosque and Topkapi palace. The tram stop is a few minutes away. The hotel itself was lovely , clean , the room was big and comfy. The staff were great too. I would to mention two exceptional gentlemen who went out of their way to make our time there special and feel like home. They are ABDUL MATEEN and SHAMSODIEN who asssited us in the breakfast area. They deserve recogition and are a valuble assest to your establishment. The restaurant manager was also very good, friendly and remembered my wifes dietary requirements .

Location is very good, in the heart of the city. Also tram stop is nearby. A lot of cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood, grocery stores as well. The room was very nice and comfortable. It was quiet, comfortable for sleeping and resting. Great breakfast on the terrace with amazing view. Staff was very friendly and helped with everything.

We liked basically everything. Location is close to everything but not noisy, lots of restaurants and shops around, walking distance to all the historical points. Spacious rooms, new furniture, we asked for a baby cot and we got it. Have tea and snacks for the guests all day long. Tasty breakfast with a wonderful view of the city. I would totally recommend this place to all my friends.

The Hotel and Staff are excellent , we have stayed at many a hotel and this one ranks as one of the best , we had a deluxe room which is a very good size , the bed was perfect and the choice of pillows is a very nice idea , the location is ideal as its walking distance from all the attractions and the T1 tram just a few minutes walk away if you want to see more of the city , the breakfast buffet is very good and above all the Staff are so helpful and friendly they make the place a excellent hotel .

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an exceptional experience. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Blue Mosque, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious, hygienic, and beautifully maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a wonderful stay in the heart of the city. It truly exceeded my expectations in every way.

Everything was amazing, the hotel is extremely clean and the facilities are great! They have an awesome breakfast very diversified! The staff is very friendly and nice , they change everyday the towels and very receptive with everything you need! By the reception they help us with everything we need very kind, also they give us a map with the important turistic points and explanation everything we need. Also the facility for spa are awesome is a must to try it! I really recommend this hotel, can’t wait for our next trip to go again there! 😃

Our stay at Innova Sultanahmet in Istanbul was incredibly comfortable! The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. We especially loved the delicious breakfast each morning. With its fantastic proximity to public transport and all the main attractions, this hotel was absolutely perfect for exploring Istanbul. Highly recommend!
